As a GANS Scholar

As a GANS Scholar, you will work with a selected team who will teach, coach and mentor you across the aviation management sectors. You will be part of a team that contributes to GANS' vision as a global aviation hub.

Tuition is covered, and scholars receive a monthly stipend during training.

Insurance card during training, plus subsidised accommodation for scholars based outside Al Ain.

Eligibility

Who can apply.

01 Nationality

UAE Nationals

Open exclusively to citizens of the United Arab Emirates.

02 Age

18 – 29

Applicants must be within this range at the time of application.

03 National Service

Completed

A completion certificate is required where applicable.

04 Aptitude Test

≥ 70%

Sat at the GANS Training Centre in Al Ain.

How to apply

Four steps from application to the first cohort.

Every applicant goes through the same flow. The aptitude test is sat in person at the Training Centre in Al Ain.

    Aviation Aptitude Test

    Sit the test at the Training Centre in Al Ain — minimum score 70%.

    Interview

    Panel interview with the scholarship team.

    Medical

    Pass the aviation-class medical examination, then receive your offer.
