For the provision of electronic and software support to ensure the safety of air traffic, by maintaining software specification integration and testing, conducting preventative and corrective maintenance, installing, commissioning, compiling, and revising documentation accordingly, including safety, security and quality management of ATM/CNS equipment/systems.
To prevent collision between aircraft in the air/on the ground between aircraft and obstructions and expedite and maintain an orderly flow of air traffic.
Provide assistance to controllers during operations — flight strips, coordination, and air-traffic-services data — keeping the operations room moving.
Compile, manage and distribute aeronautical information products and services that pilots and operators depend on to plan and execute every flight.
Tuition is covered, and scholars receive a monthly stipend during training.
Classroom and simulator work alongside on-the-job experience at the same time.
Mentored progression toward operational roles across the UAE network.
Insurance card during training, plus subsidised accommodation for scholars based outside Al Ain.

Every applicant goes through the same flow. The aptitude test is sat in person at the Training Centre in Al Ain.
